Mr Tan Cheng Tat (Mr Tan) will relinquish his role as the Chief Financial Officer of Sembcorp Marine Ltd (SCM) responsible for accounting and taxation, and be appointed as the Chief Risk Officer of SCM, overseeing the Risk Management function, with effect from 15 January 2021.

Mr Tan currently reports to Mr William Goh Khor Boon (Mr Goh) who heads SCM Group Finance as the Group Finance Director. Following the change, Mr Tan will in his new role report to Mr Wong Weng Sun, the President and CEO of SCM. Mr Tan's current duties will in the interim be assumed by Mr Goh. Mr Goh will continue to head and oversee SCM Group Finance.
