(2) "Ascott Real Estate Investment Trust" will be renamed as "CapitaLand Ascott Real Estate Investment Trust";
Additional Text(3) "Ascott Business Trust Management Pte. Ltd." will be renamed as "CapitaLand Ascott Business Trust Management Pte. Ltd."; and
(4) "Ascott Business Trust" will be renamed as "CapitaLand Ascott Business Trust".
