Further to the disclosures on the clearance and settlement procedures of its Shares on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST), please be informed that effective 01 July 2025, the stock transaction tax (STT) shall be lowered to a rate of 0.1% pursuant to the terms of Republic Act No. 122141 or the Capital Markets Efficiency Promotion Act (CMEPA). Also, the referenced website of the Company has also been updated to emperadorinc.com. The List of Brokers and the rest of the matters in the announcement remain the same.
