| Narrative version | Notice is hereby given that, subject to shareholders' approval of the payment of a tax-exempt (1-tier) first and final dividend of 1 cent per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2020 (the "Dividend") at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 April 2021, the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed from 5.00 p.m. on 6 May 2021 up to (and including) 7 May 2021. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, M & C Services Private Limited of 112 Robinson Road #05-01, Singapore 068902, up to 5.00 p.m. 6 May 2021 will be registered to determine Shareholders' entitlement to the Dividend. In respect of shares in the securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP"), the Dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will distribute the Dividend to holders of the securities accounts. |
