We would like to inform you that Ivanhoe Cambridge, a part of Canadian pension fund CDPQ has completed its investment of INR 500 crores (approx. US$ 71 million) for acquiring an economic interest of 26.32 percentage in a part of the ongoing Phase 2 of the Palava project. This project is being developed by Palava Dwellers Private Limited, one of the Guarantor Company s and a subsidiary of Lodha Developers Limited, the parent guarantor of the Bond. The investment is done through Piramal Ivanhoe Residential Investment Fund 1.
