After 14 years of dedicated service, Ms Lao will retire from her role as Group Financial Controller effective 6 June 2025. Her cessation follows a planned succession process, with her retirement coincides with the appointment of her successor as announced separately today.

There are no concerns regarding the Group's financial reporting, nor disagreements on practices that would have a material impact on the Group's financial reporting leading to Ms Lao's cessation.

The Board of Directors extends its appreciation to Ms Lao for her dedication and invaluable contributions to the Group during her tenure.
