This is further to our letter dated 4th January, 2024 wherein we had intimated about receipt of Order pertaining to GST from Joint Commissioner of State Tax, Raipur Division - 02 raising demand for GST of Rs. 2,22,354 together with interest and penalty, alleging availment of excess / incorrect input tax credit.

We would now like to inform you that the Rectification Application filed by the Company against the said Order has been allowed by the Office of the Joint Commissioner of State Tax, Raipur Division - 02, Chhattisgarh and the demand is fully set-aside. The Company has received a copy of the Rectification Order today i.e. 11th October, 2024.
