Mr Chia Khong Shoong will be stepping down as Group Chief Corporate Officer of Frasers Property Limited ("FPL" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"), and relinquishing all other management duties he holds within the Group, to pursue other personal interests. The Board expresses its appreciation to Mr Chia for his dedication and invaluable contribution during his tenure of service.

Role and responsibilities
The Group Chief Corporate Officer oversees the Group's corporate secretariat and legal, data protection, sustainability, corporate administration and internal audit functions. He is also responsible for Frasers Property Capital and assists the Group Chief Executive Officer in overseeing the evaluation, execution and implementation of Group-wide projects and strategic initiatives as well as the development of the Group's international businesses.
