The Board of Directors of mDR Limited (the 'Company') wishes to announce that the issued share capital of the Company has increased from 9,840,340,926 ordinary shares to 9,845,324,030 ordinary shares by way of allotment and issuance of 4,983,104 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 4,983,104 Warrants (W140925) at the exercise price of S$0.005 for each new ordinary share on 23 July 2014. These new ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, and are expected to be listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited with effect from 25 July 2014.

The total outstanding Warrants (W140925) remaining after the aforesaid exercise is 2,907,442,747.
