Based on its enquiries, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that, other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no material reasons for the cessation of Dr. Wong Weng Hong as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer.

The Board thanks Dr Wong for his leadership and guidance during his tenure as Chief Executive Officer, and wishes him well as he continues to contribute to the OUE Group in another capacity.
