The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") has reviewed and assessed the relevant professional and academic qualifications, working experience and suitability of Mr Chua Siong Kiat ("Mr Chua") and considered the recommendations of the Nominating Committee and the Audit Committee that Mr Chua be appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company ("CFO"). The Board is satisfied that Mr Chua has the requisite experience and capabilities to assume the responsibilities of the CFO, and has approved the appointment of Mr Chua as the CFO.
