As announced on 17 July 2023, the Company has appointed financial and legal advisers to review the financial position of the Company and the Group. As further announced on 25 July 2023, pending such review and the Company's evaluation of the available options for a consensual restructuring, the Company had suspended interest payments and would not be making payment of the interest payment due on 26 July 2023.

As the Company continues to review and evaluate the available options for a consensual restructuring, the Company will continue to suspend interest payments and will not be making payment of the interest payment due on 26 January 2024, and all further upcoming interest payments until further notice.

The Company intends to, in due course, engage with its Noteholders and its other creditors. Further announcements will be made by the Company as and when there are material developments.
