Lim Jin Wei oversees the finance function of the property division with the assistance of the Chief Accountant. Some of his key roles and responsibilities include the following:

a) contributing financial and accounting information, analysis and making recommendations towards strategic thinking and director of the property division;
b) monitoring performance by measuring and analyzing financial results;
c) ensuring sufficient capital and financial resources for the continuation of business operations
d) develop action plans for capital accumulation to fund expansions, ensure financial records are properly maintained for audit purposes, and ensuring the timely completion of audit for statutory financial reporting and filing.
