| Additional Text | Digital Core REIT is pleased to announce the distribution of 1.80 U.S. cents per Unit for the period from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026, comprising:
(a) tax-exempt income distribution of 0.92 U.S. cents per Unit; and
(b) capital distribution of 0.88 U.S. cents per Unit. |
