Attached herewith are the Bahasa Indonesia and English translations of the respective FS of Bumi Serpong Damai and Duta Pertiwi.

Both Bumi Serpong Damai and Duta Pertiwi are subsidiaries of the Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
