The register of members of China Kangda Food Company Limited ("Company") will be closed from 23 April 2015 to 30 April 2015 , both days inclusive, during which period no transfer of shares in the Company will be registered.
In order to verify the identity of shareholders who are entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting, all share transfers, accompanied by the relevant share certificates, must be lodged with the Company's branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited at Level 22, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queens Road East, Hong Kong (for Hong Kong shareholders), no later than 4:30 p.m. on 22 April 2015, or with to the Company s Singapore Share Transfer Agent, B.A.C.S Private Limited, at 63 Cantonment Road, Singapore 089758 (for Singapore Shareholders) no later than 5:00 p.m. on 22 April 2015.
