Please find attached, the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of Japan Foods Holding Ltd., held on 24 July 2025.

The Board of Directors would also like to inform Shareholders that the Company will cease the voluntary disclosure of its quarterly business updates with immediate effect. This change allows Management to focus on operational matters and the Group's ongoing turnaround towards profitability. The Company will continue to release its half-year and full-year financial results in accordance with the requirements of the Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the "SGX-ST") ("Catalist Rules").

The Board remains committed to timely and transparent disclosure and will continue to provide Shareholders with material updates as required under the continuous disclosure obligations under the Catalist Rules via SGXNet.
