The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Dapai International Holdings Co. Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce that the financial watchlist deadline expires end of today and the Company had made an application for an extension of time to exit from the watchlist to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") on 25 February 2016.

The Company has not received a response from the SGX-ST and would update shareholders on any material developments. Shareholders are advised to trade with caution.

The Board wishes to remind shareholders that the SGX-ST reserves the right to amend and/ or vary the above decision and the above decision is subject to changes in the SGX-ST s policies.
