Please see attached the joint announcement (the "Joint Announcement"), the joint press release and the presentation materials on the proposed privatisation of Frasers Hospitality Trust ("FHT") through the acquisition by Frasers Property Hospitality Trust Holdings Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Frasers Property Limited, of all the issued stapled securities of FHT held by the stapled securityholders of FHT other than the Excluded Stapled Securityholders (as defined in the Joint Announcement) by way of a trust scheme of arrangement.
