At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors ( Board ) of Bank of the Philippine Islands held on 16 November 2022, said Board declared cash dividends of One Peso and Six Centavos (Php 1.06) per share for the second semester of 2022.
Source of Dividend Payment: Unrestricted Retained Earnings and Undivided Profits as of December 31, 2021 less the capital adjustment as required by BSP.
