In accordance with the terms and conditions of the U.S.$400,000,000 6.95 per cent. Tier 2 Subordinated Dated Capital Bonds due 2035, SHIN KONG LIFE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. gives notice that the Merger Event will occur on 1 January 2026 and SHIN KONG LIFE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. will agree to the substitution of the Substituted Obligor in place of the Guarantor as the guarantor of the Bonds.
