In May 2015, I received a supervisory warning by the Monetary Authority of Singapore ("MAS") in respect of my failure to notify a listed corporation (of which I was a director) of changes in my interest in the securities of the corporation within two business days of my acquisition of an interest, as required under section 133 of the Securities and Futures Act 2001. In the letter issued by the MAS, the MAS indicated its position not to take further regulatory action in respect of this matter.
