Notice is hereby given that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed from 5.00 p.m. on 2 November 2023 to (and including) 6 November 2023 for the preparation of dividend warrants.
Duly completed transfers of the Company's Registrar, BoardRoom Corporate Advisory Services Pte Ltd, at 1 Harbourfront Avenue, Keppel Bay Tower, #14-03/07, Singapore 098632, up to 5.00 p.m. on 2 November 2023 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the interim dividend. Members whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 2 November 2023 will be entitled to the interim dividend.
Payment of the interim dividend will be made on 9 November 2023. |
