Further to the 12 August 2025 disclosure of Emperador Inc. (the Company ) and the previous disclosures on the extension of the Conversion Period (as defined below) for the issuance of the Tranche 2 ELS Shares between the Company and Arran Investment Pte Ltd. ( Arran ), please be informed that the Conversion Period has been mutually extended by the parties as follows:

(i) with respect to 193,103,449 Tranche 2 ELS Shares, the Conversion Period shall be extended from 12 August 2026 to 21 August 2026; and

(ii) with respect to the remaining 281,896,551 Tranche 2 ELS Shares, the Conversion Period shall be extended from 12 August 2026 to 31 March 2027.

The ELS Instrument was issued on 04 December 2014 to Arran as part of its investment in the Company, and on 03 December 2021, the Company was given a period until 28 February 2022 ( Conversion Period ) to issue Four Hundred Seventy-Five Million (475,000,000) ELS Shares to Arran per the ELS Instrument. The Conversion Period went through a number of modifications, the latest of which is its extension as mentioned above.
