Sim Lian Group Limited wishes to announce Wandervale Executive Condominium's average price of S$755 psf ahead of the balloting and booking on 5 March 2016 at the showflat.

The Wandervale showflat is located at Choa Chu Kang Ave 3 and successful E-applicants are required to drop their ballot tickets from 10.00am to 11.00am at the showflat to establish their queue position to book a unit. Members of the public without E-applications may book a unit from 4.00pm onwards, on a first-come-first-serve basis. A second-timer quota of 30% of the units applies and will be lifted on 5 April 2016.

Wandervale is the first executive condominium to be launched this year with prices starting from S$655,000 for a three-bedroom unit, S$753,000 for a three-bedroom premium unit and S$896,000 for a four-bedroom unit.

Located near Choa Chu Kang MRT station, Wandervale saw a subscription rate of approximately 1.47 times during its 11-day E-application period, which ended on 28 February 2016. The 534-unit development received a total of 783 E-applications.

Wandervale is competitively priced against other executive condominiums in the market, and the showflat saw more than 5,000 visitors during the 11-day E-application period with potential homebuyers attracted by its ideal location, spacious units and overall design of the project.
