The Board of Directors of INTRACO Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that the Group is expected to report a loss for the half year ended 30 June 2016 ("1H2016").

This profit guidance is based on a preliminary review of the unaudited financial results of the Group for 1H2016. The expected loss is mainly attributed to a decrease in revenue from the Group's plastic trading coupled with contingent acquisition cost and currency translation loss.

The Company will be announcing its 1H2016 financial results on or before 14 August 2016. Further details of the Group's performance will be disclosed in the announcement then.

In the meantime, shareholders of the Company and investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
