1. The Notes will be listed and quoted in the Bonds Market with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 15 July 2016.

2. The short name and abbreviated name of the Notes are 'Chongqingn4.02%190714S' and 'CHONGQ19' respectively.

The letter 'S' denotes that trading of the Notes is restricted to the persons specified in Sections 274 and 275 of the Securities and Futures Act (the 'SFA').

3. The Notes will be quoted and traded in Renminbi ( RMB"). The Notes will be issued in denominations of RMB1,000,000 each and integral multiples of RMB10,000 in excess thereof. The Notes will be traded in minimum board lot size of RMB500,000 with a minimum of 2 board lots per transaction.

4. The issue date of the Notes is 14 July 2016.
