NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Transfer Books and Register of Members of Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (the "Company") will be closed from 5.00 p.m. on 24 August 2026 up to (and including) 25 August 2026 for the purpose of determining members' entitlements to the proposed interim tax exempt (one-tier) dividend for the second quarter ended 30 June 2026 ("2Q2026 Interim Dividend") of 5 cents for every ordinary share held.
Duly completed transfers in respect of ordinary shares of the Company together with all relevant documents of title received by the Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services, 9 Raffles Place #26-01 Republic Plaza Tower 1, Singapore 048619 up to 5.00 p.m. on 24 August 2026 will be registered to determine members' entitlements to the 2Q2026 Interim Dividend. Members whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 24 August 2026 will be entitled to the 2Q2026 Interim Dividend.
The proposed 2Q2026 Interim Dividend will be paid on 4 September 2026. |
