We wish to inform that the Allotment Committee of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited (formerly Tata Motors Limited) ( the Company ) as authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company, has at its Meeting held today, i.e., June 16, 2026, approved allotment of 1,47,262 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs.2/- each fully paid up under the Scheme to the eligible employees pursuant to exercise of 1,26,879 Performance Share Units and 20,383 Stock Options at an exercise price of Rs.2/- and 338/- per share, respectively.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from 7,36,53,48,785 divided into 3,68,24,35,640 Equity Shares of 2/- each to 7,36,56,43,309 divided into 3,68,25,82,902 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each (considering the amount of subscribed share capital plus shares forfeited less calls in arrears).

The aforesaid Equity Shares shall rank pari passu in all aspects with the existing Equity Shares of the Company.
