The Board acknowledged Ms Vivienne Cheng Chi Fan ("Ms Vivienne Cheng")'s retirement as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of the Company with effect from 9 February 2026, following Ms Vivienne Cheng's retirement from Berjaya Corporation Berhad and its related companies. For completeness, Ms Vivienne Cheng is nominated by the Company's controlling shareholder, Berjaya Corporation Berhad, to represent its interest on the Board.

Upon Ms Vivienne Cheng's retirement, she will concurrently relinquish her roles as a member of the Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company.

After having interviewed Ms Vivienne Cheng and to the best of its knowledge, the Sponsor is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement of cessation, there are no other material reasons for the retirement of Ms Vivienne Cheng as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of the Company.
