In compliance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045, on the Securities Market, and General Rule No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market (hereinafter, the CMF ) modified by General Rule No. 486 of August 31, 2022, hereby report as a Material Fact the following: On September 22, 2022, Scotiabank Chile (hereinafter, the Bank ) carried-out a placement of dematerialized and bearer bonds charged to the line registered in the Securities Registry of the CMF under number 7-1/2021 dated October 12, 2021. The specific conditions of the placement were as follow:
- Series BA bonds, for a total amount of 150,000 Unidades de Fomento (equivalent to approximately USD 5.5 million), maturing on December 9, 2029. The average placement rate of the securities was 3.00%.
