Mr Vincent Lum had retired pursuant to Regulation 92 of the Company's Constitution. Mr Vincent Lum had decided not to seek for re-election as a Director of the Company.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's sponsor, Hong Leong Finance Limited, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Vincent Lum as an Executive Director of Singapore eDevelopment Limited.
