Pursuant to Condition 6.4 of the terms and conditions of the USD 375000000 5.25 per cent. Notes due 2027 issued on 28 April 2017 by HPCL Mittal Energy Limited and it is hereby irrevocably notifies all holders of the Notes that it will redeem all
outstanding USD 289,447,000 principal amount of Notes on 30 March 2026 at a redemption price equal to 100 per cent of the principal amount thereof, plus the Applicable Redemption Premium as defined in the Conditions and accrued and unpaid interest to but excluding the Redemption Date. Upon redemption of the Notes, the Notes will be cancelled thereafter and delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
