The Board of Directors of Sinarmas Land Limited ("SML") wishes to announce that PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk ("BSDE"), a subsidiary of SML listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange ("IDX"), has released additional information and/or revision of abridged prospectus ("Additional Abridged Prospectus") in Bahasa Indonesia, regarding its public offering for its IDR3 trillion bond program ("Bond Program") on the IDX.

For Phase I of the Bond Program, BSDE has raised IDR650 billion and the proceeds is expected to be received by 16 June 2016. The bonds are expected to be listed on IDX by 17 June 2016.

A published copy of the Additional Abridged Prospectus in Bahasa Indonesia is attached.
