Please see attached, for information, a press release by S&P Global Ratings ("S&P") in which it is stated that S&P has affirmed Frasers Centrepoint Trust's ("FCT's") "BBB" long-term issuer rating with stable outlook and "BBB" issue ratings on the outstanding senior unsecured notes issued by FCT MTN Pte. Ltd. and guaranteed by FCT and removed the ratings from CreditWatch where they were placed with negative implications on 13 April 2020.
