Further to Ellipsiz Ltds (the Company) announcement (Announcement No.00129) on 9 November 2010, the Company wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary Ellipsiz Semiconductor Technology (Shenzhen) Ltd, a company incorporated in the Peoples Republic of China, was dissolved on 12 March 2014.

Ellipsiz Semiconductor Technology (Shenzhen) Ltd ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company with effect from the aforesaid date.
