Resignation of Chief Financial Officer - Mr Poh Khee Pow

Singapore Institute of Advanced Medicine Holdings Ltd. (the "Company") was listed on Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") on 16 February 2024. The initial public offering of the Company was sponsored by PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. (the "Sponsor").

Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr Poh Khee Pow ("Mr Poh") tendered his resignation as the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company on 26 May 2025 due to personal commitments and geographical constraints that require his physical presence in another country.

Mr Poh served the requisite 3-month notice period in accordance with the terms of his employment. During Mr Poh's notice period, it was mutually agreed between Mr Poh, the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company that Mr Poh would extend his notice period, with his last working day with the Company on 30 September 2025, to ensure a smooth transition and handover of his duties and responsibilities.

Ms Shermin Tham Wan Yi has been appointed as the new CFO of the Company with effect from 1 October 2025.

After having interviewed Mr Poh and to the best of its knowledge, the Sponsor is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement of cessation, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Mr Poh as the CFO of the Company.

In addition, there are no concerns with regard to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Mr Poh, and there are no disagreements between Mr Poh and the Company's Board of Directors with regards to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.
