We hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company on January 30, 2026, have approved the allotment of 70,000 Senior, Secured, Redeemable, Rated, Listed, Taxable, Non-Convertible Debentures having a face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs. 700 crores on private placement basis, on the terms and conditions as mentioned in the Key Information Document dated January 27, 2026 read with the General Information Document dated April 24, 2025.

The NCDs carry a coupon rate of 7.45 p.a., payable quarterly and will be listed on the debt market segment of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
