Vingroup Joint Stock Company (the "Issuer") has recently exchanged a portion of its outstanding 10.0% Exchangeable Bonds due 2028 (the "Bonds") in an aggregate principal amount of US$48,600,000 (the "Exchanged Bonds") into shares of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company and cancelled the Exchanged Bonds.

The Exchanged Bonds represent approximately 19.44% of the initial principal amount of the Bonds.
