1. The Notes will be listed and quoted in the Bonds Market with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 12 December 2017.

(II) The short name and abbreviated name of the Notes are 'PT Jasa n7.5%201211R' and 'PTJAN20R' respectively. The ISIN code is USY71285AT09.

The letter 'R' denotes that trading of the Notes issued under Regulation S. The letter 'A' denotes that trading of the Notes issued under Rule 144A.

3. The Notes will be quoted and traded in Indonesian Rupiah (RP). The Notes will be in denomination of RP500,000,000 and integral multiples of RP20,000,000 in excess thereof. The Notes will be traded in a minimum board lot size of RP900,000 with a minimum of 2,500 board lots per transaction.
