The Board of Directors of Pacific Century Regional Developments Limited (the Company) hereby announce the members voluntary winding up of two of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Belmonto Pte Ltd (Belmonto) and Hutley Pte Ltd (Hutley). Belmonto and Hutley are both dormant companies.

The liquidation of the above-mentioned companies is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2014.
