we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of JSW Steel Limited at its meeting held on today ie 17 October
2025 has approved a strategic reorganization of the Company s US operations as part of its ongoing efforts to consolidate and simplify the overall group structure. The above restructuring and consolidation exercise does not entail any sale of the Companys overseas investments and the Company continues to have the same economic interests in the Netherland company and its operations in US This reorganisation is subject to regulatory and other approvals.
