Detailed reason(s) for cessation
There has been a change in the controlling shareholders of the Company, resulting in a corresponding change in the composition of the Management. In connection with this, Mr Edward Chen Boon Pok ("Mr Edward Chen"), will cease to be Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

The Board would like to express its appreciation towards Mr Edward Chen for his invaluable contributions during his tenure.

The Sponsor, after having interviewed Mr Edward Chen, is satisfied that, other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no material reasons for the cessation of Mr Edward Chen as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
