| Additional Text | Centurion Accommodation REIT ("CAREIT") has announced a distribution of distributable income of 3.499 cents per unit in CAREIT ("Unit") for the period from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026 comprising: |
| Additional Text | 1) a taxable income component of 2.976 cents per Unit;
2) a tax-exempt income component of 0.434 cents per Unit; and
3) a capital distribution component of 0.089 cents per Unit. |
| Taxation Conditions | Tax will be deducted at source from the taxable income component of the distribution in certain circumstances. |
