On 6 June 2025, the Company issued a notice of redemption to the holders of the Notes, pursuant to which all outstanding Notes will be redeemed in full on 10 June 2025 at a redemption price equal to 55% of the outstanding principal amount thereof (rounded to the nearest United States dollar with half a United States dollar being rounded upwards). The Redemption Price shall be paid in kind with the Mandatory Convertible Bonds in an aggregate principal amount of US$241,503,890, to be issued by the Company on the Redemption Date.
