The Board of Directors of Sakae Holdings Ltd. ("Company" or together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce, with great sadness, that the Board was informed of the passing of the Company's Head of Human Resource, Ms Tan Yee Cheng on 7 October 2026.

The Board expresses its deepest sorrow over the demise of Ms Tan Yee Cheng and conveys its condolences to her family. The Board also expresses its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Ms Tan Yee Cheng for her invaluable contributions and unwavering dedication to the Company.

The human resource functions of the Group will be overseen by the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Ms Lilian Foo.
