Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd. (the "Company") refers to the announcement dated 21 September 2023 (the "Previous Announcement") made by the Company in connection with the proposed issue of Thai Baht denominated guaranteed bonds in Thailand (the "Bonds"). Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall be as defined in the Previous Announcement. Further to the Previous Announcement, the Company wishes to announce that TRIS Rating Co., Ltd., has assigned the Bonds the rating of "AAA". Attached is a copy of the Credit Report which is also available on the links as follows:

The Company would release an announcement of the definitive principal terms of the Bonds after it has made the final filing of the registration statement and draft prospectus with the Thailand SEC for the Bonds Offering to become effective.
