This is to inform you that the matter of Scheme of Arrangement of the Company with its Shareholders for the reduction of share capital of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (CP (CAA)/1017/2020/MB in CA (CAA)/992/2020/MB) ( Scheme ) was listed for pronouncement on April 26, 2021 by the Hon ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench ( NCLT ) wherein NCLT has allowed the application filed by the Company. The Company is awaiting receipt of copy of the NCLT order.

The Company will intimate the stock exchanges immediately upon receipt of the NCLT order.
