The AR 2019 does not contain the Notice and the Proxy Form for the annual general meeting for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 ("2020 AGM"). Shareholders may refer to the Company's announcements on 27 March 2020 and 31 March 2020 in relation to the extension of time to hold the 2020 AGM.
