Please see attached announcement on the re-designation and appointment of Mr Goh Yang Jun Jasper, Independent and Non-Executive Director, as the Independent and Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company and as the Lead Independent Director. Following the aforesaid re-designation and appointment, Mr Goh Hao Kwang Dennis, Chief Executive Officer has stepped down from his position as Executive Chairman but remains the Chief Executive Officer of the Group and Executive Director on the Board.
